The service would be used to send SMS with a maximum of 160 characters to any cell phone in the world, provided the customer uses the correct prefix. For example: Namibia is +264 and Botswana is +267. The Revenue generated for the Premium SMS is shared between the Network Operator (MTC, Cell One and Namibia Telecoms) and the WASP. |
